Happy New Year!
Better late than never! I’ve been traveling to visit family and spending quality time with my wife Yuki. It was extraordinary!
I don’t know about you, but I am incredibly grateful for 2018. I wrote my gratitude list for all the things I was grateful for and the list just seems to be getting longer and longer each year. I’m not complaining! That’s an awesome place to be!
I also set the internal foundation to build, grow, create, explore, and love more in 2019! It seems like a daunting task, but I’ve committed myself to find the tweaks, the gaps, the consistency, and the follow through to just do it. Sharing this with you gives me a running start. One of the benefits of writing a blog is that I have literally thousands, if not millions of people to be accountable to. If you’re up to BIG things, you have to set the stage big too. Enough about me!
What Are You Grateful For?
What were you grateful for in 2018? Take out a piece of paper and/or open a new note in your phone and begin to write down the first few things, as small or silly as they may feel down. This will begin to open up the floodgates to living in gratitude. Works every time!
What Are You Going To Create In 2019?
Finally, What are you going to create this year that’s going to move you in a direction of a healthy mind and body? Be willing to take the time to sit with yourself and really dive into the core of your needs and wants in your life. When that pen meets that paper, the magic will start to take root for this year and probably for the rest of your life. Don’t hold back. Just go for it!
