Collin has been coaching since he was 18. Never done anything else. 17 years, well over 10,000 hours, across baseball fields, CrossFit gyms, Division I college weight rooms, and private 1-1 coaching. Coaching is just who he is and all he knows.
 
His foundation in kinesiology and strength and conditioning changed his life. Studying under renowned exercise physiologist Dr. Andy Galpin changed how he thinks about human performance. But what stuck with him most wasn’t a program or a protocol. It was a way of seeing people. Over time, he kept running into the same thing: the physical results don’t come without the mental side. The body is one system in a much larger one.
 
Over the years, his coaching continued to evolve and naturally drew him toward working with high performers, leaders, and business owners. He gets the full picture. Not just the physical, tangible goal, but the human behind it. He’s known for his ability to be honest and direct, challenge people, and call them forward to be the version of them they want to be. And he knows they can. A husband and father of two, Collin lives what he coaches.

Nikki Adams brings over 16 years of elite-level experience in the fitness industry across Colorado, Las Vegas, and Orange County. As a former NCAA Division 1 goalkeeper for the UNLV Women’s Soccer Team, Nikki possesses a deep, firsthand understanding of peak physical conditioning and athletic excellence. Her diverse career spans nearly every leadership role in the industry—from dedicated coach to fitness manager and general manager. Currently, she provides elite personal training in an exclusive, private studio environment in Costa Mesa. Nikki’s coaching philosophy centers on making fitness highly engaging, rewarding, and sustainably attainable for everyone. By prioritizing small, mindful daily choices, she helps her clients cultivate the foundational habits necessary for permanent, long-term lifestyle transformation.

Nikki works with an incredibly diverse clientele ranging from ages 4 to 90, tailoring her methodology to suit every life stage.
