Come on just have one more? The barbeque ribs are fantastic! You can’t bring your own food to a barbeque, or can you? It can happen to the best of us. We all could use some damage control after you ate or drank too much.

A day or weekend of holiday barbeques, pool parties, and picnics can make the next day feel even less appealing than usual. Plus, overdoing the alcohol and food wreaks havoc on your body and mind. And sometimes in potentially serious ways.

Regardless of why you have overeaten or drank too much, you can mitigate the effects of an indulgent day or weekend by taking a few small steps that involve putting aside the past and focusing on optimizing the future.
